Carol's Daughter Review

In celebration of Bee's 1st birthday, her dad and I decided to give in and purchase a few products from Carol's Daughter. I already use the Monoi line for myself, and LOVE LOVE LOVE it so I figured, why not? We bought the Hair Milk "Curl Perfecting" Conditioner, Hair Milk (The Original) Curl Definer, and Mimosa Hair Honey. After looking at a sleeping Bee's hair, the salesman claimed he knew exactly what she needed.

Baby Bee before we started this hair adventure.

He of course tried to get me to purchase the Hair Milk Shampoo but I am an advocate of using any Shampoo with (or without) the right (or wrong) ingredients. So after washing with our Curly Q's Cleansing Creme, I used a generous amount of conditioner.

Immediately after washing her hair I snapped this pic. We do not towel dry!

Sorry for the low-quality of the next few pictures. I just had to grab my phone. When I put in the conditioner, she started rubbing her head. Move over Solange and Cassie, baby Bee is coming for your job!!! LIGHTS, somebody's gettin' fired!

I can always determine how well a conditioner will work, by observing the definition of her coils with it still in!

I let the conditioner sit for about 10 minutes, then washed it out. After washing out the conditioner, I added the Hair Milk to her damp hair.

Well, someone was getting sleepy so I put her down for a nap, and this was the end result a whopping two hours, Mimosa Hair Honey and a bobbi pin later:

I would like to take this moment to say I've NEVER felt her curls so SOFT. They were so light and bouncy; I am now a Carol's Daughter groupie.
