Baby Bee before we started this hair adventure.
He of course tried to get me to purchase the Hair Milk Shampoo but I am an advocate of using any Shampoo with (or without) the right (or wrong) ingredients. So after washing with our Curly Q's Cleansing Creme, I used a generous amount of conditioner.
Immediately after washing her hair I snapped this pic. We do not towel dry! |
Sorry for the low-quality of the next few pictures. I just had to grab my phone. When I put in the conditioner, she started rubbing her head. Move over Solange and Cassie, baby Bee is coming for your job!!! LIGHTS, somebody's gettin' fired!
I can always determine how well a conditioner will work, by observing the definition of her coils with it still in! |

I let the conditioner sit for about 10 minutes, then washed it out. After washing out the conditioner, I added the Hair Milk to her damp hair.
Well, someone was getting sleepy so I put her down for a nap, and this was the end result a whopping two hours, Mimosa Hair Honey and a bobbi pin later:
I would like to take this moment to say I've NEVER felt her curls so SOFT. They were so light and bouncy; I am now a Carol's Daughter groupie.
